Testimonials

We have twin babies who were born premature and required a lot of care once they came home from the NICU. Audrey was referred to us for help as an overnight newborn care specialist, and came to us when the babies were about 3 months old. Audrey also supported us regularly during the day for several months. Immediately, I felt relaxed in Audrey’s presence, and her passion and care for the babies was clear from the very beginning. Audrey was instrumental in providing education and compassionate support as we navigated first-time parenthood and newborn twins, helping set up routines and schedules that resulted in our babies now sleeping 12 hours at night and napping throughout the day. As an anxious first-time mom, the care Audrey provided for my babies and the ease I felt in her presence was absolutely priceless. I would highly recommend her to any parents seeking support.

Audrey provided excellent and detailed care for our newborn girl on nights. It is so hard to find someone who would take care of your baby the way that you do, but we found this with Audrey. She made sure that all of our daughters needs were met and having her allowed us to be more rested to take care of her in the morning. We also learned a lot about our daughter‘s cues from her and the knowledge she gave us was priceless. Better than we imagined. A great experience all around.”

We were so grateful to have Audrey as our newborn care specialist. She cared for our baby from the tender age of three weeks up to eight months, and her support was invaluable during that critical time. Audrey's kindness and gentle nature were always evident in her interactions with our little one, putting us completely at ease. She was incredibly reliable and diligent, completing every task with efficiency and care. Her communication was always clear and proactive, keeping us informed and reassured. Furthermore, her expertise with all the baby equipment was a huge help, as she handled everything with confidence and skill. We wholeheartedly recommend Audrey to any family seeking exceptional care for their newborn.

FAQs

What is a newborn care specialist?

1

A newborn care specialist is a trained professional who supports families during the newborn stage by providing hands-on baby care, guidance, and emotional support. Audrey helps with feeding, soothing, sleep foundations, routines, and parent education so families feel confident and supported throughout their postpartum recovery and beyond.

What services do you offer?

2

Audrey provides flexible daytime support, overnight newborn care, or a combination of both, depending on your family's needs.

When should I book a newborn care specialist?

3

It is best to book during pregnancy; we recommend reaching out in the second trimester to plan ahead. While Audrey may occasionally have availability with less notice, she typically books out several months in advance.

How can I contact you?

4

You can reach Audrey anytime via the contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

How long do families usually work with you?

5

Most families book 1–5 nights per week for 8–12 weeks to start, with the possibility of extending pending availability. Others choose just a few days a week to provide rest and guidance as they settle in at home. On average, Audrey typically remains with clients for 4–6 months.
